See your Instagram mutuals
Mutuals are the accounts where you follow each other — your real two-way connections. Instagram doesn’t show this as a list, but it’s simply the overlap between your following and your followers.
Upload your Instagram data export and your browser finds that overlap instantly. No login, no password, nothing uploaded. You’ll also see who doesn’t follow you back, your fans and your pending requests in the same view.
Upload your export below — we’ll open your mutuals right away.
This file is analyzed in your browser. It is never uploaded anywhere.

Questions
- What counts as a mutual?
- Any account that you follow and that also follows you. It’s the overlap of your following and followers lists.
- Does this need my Instagram login?
- No. It only reads the data export you downloaded from Instagram, on your device — no password, nothing uploaded.
- Why don’t my counts match the app exactly?
- Counts shift constantly as people follow and unfollow, and your export is a snapshot from the moment Instagram generated it.
