Payment questions

How do I pay?

Choose a plan and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Creem’s secure checkout page. You come back to this site with your unlock code already applied, and the same code arrives by email. No account needed.

Is it a subscription?

No. Each plan is one payment. The Year Pass covers 12 months of history and does not renew by itself; if you still want history after that, you buy a new Year Pass when you choose to.

What happens after the 12 months of a Year Pass?

You keep the Report: the full lists and the CSV export keep working. History pauses, and the snapshots you saved stay on your device. Buy a new Year Pass if you still want history.

What does Lifetime mean?

Everything, for as long as Unfollowly exists. One payment, nothing to renew. If the service ever shuts down, the plan ends with it; the Terms say so in those words.

How do refunds work?

14 days, no questions asked, which also covers your EU right of withdrawal. Reply to your code email or write to support@unfollowly.app from the address you paid with. The refund goes back through Creem to your original payment method.

I lost my unlock code.

It is in the email we sent after your purchase, and it works on any device: in the checker, tap “Unlock the full report”, then “Already have a code”. Cannot find the email? Write to support@unfollowly.app from the address you paid with.
