1. The service

Unfollowly is a web tool that analyzes the official Instagram data export you upload and shows relationship insights (who doesn’t follow you back, fans, mutuals, pending requests, and history between exports). All analysis happens in your browser; see the privacy policy.

2. Not affiliated with Meta

Unfollowly is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. “Instagram” is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only to describe compatibility. You use the official “Download your information” feature of your own account; we never access Instagram on your behalf.

3. Purchases and license

  • Pro ($4.99, one-time) unlocks the full report features for personal use, permanently.
  • Tracker ($14.99 per year) additionally unlocks history features for one year from activation. It does not auto-renew during the manual-payment phase — you’ll simply be invited to renew.
  • Unlock codes are personal. Sharing codes publicly or reselling them is prohibited and voids the license.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Every purchase has a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email app.unfollowly@gmail.com from the address you used to pay.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU (in Italy, the Codice del Consumo). Our refund policy is designed to meet or exceed that right — the same email is all it takes to exercise it.

5. Accuracy disclaimer

Results are derived from the data Instagram includes in your export and reflect the moment the export was generated. Known limitation: the export identifies accounts by username, so a renamed account appears as an unfollow plus a new follower. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Acceptable use

You may only analyze exports of accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, probe its infrastructure, or misuse the unlock verification endpoint.
