Unfollowly

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

No tracking cookies

Unfollowly sets no advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies. That’s why you don’t see a cookie consent banner: under EU rules (ePrivacy/GDPR), strictly functional storage doesn’t require one. If we ever introduce advertising, a consent banner will appear first and this policy will be updated.

Functional storage we use

The site uses your browser’s storage for features you explicitly use — everything stays on your device:

KeyTypePurposeDuration
unfollowly.license.v1localStorageRemembers your activated unlock code so you don’t have to re-enter it.Until you clear it
unfollowly.pendingRequestAtlocalStorageRemembers that you requested your Instagram export, so the checklist resumes where you left off.Until you clear it
unfollowly.snapshots.v1:*IndexedDBYour locally-saved follower snapshots for the history feature (Tracker).Until you delete them

How to clear it

In your browser settings, clear site data for this website. Note that this also deletes your locally-saved history snapshots — back them up first from the History tab if you want to keep them.
